Official Rules – Campaign Ending December 26th, 2015 @ 12am
Please read these Official Rules for Fotobit’s 12 Days of Christmas Campaign. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who will partake in Fotobit’s 12 Days of Christmas campaign for December 14th – 25th, 2015.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
Purchase will be necessary to enter to win. Purchase will not enhance chances of winning a prize. Winners must follow campaign instructions as stated in email blast per day for Fotobit’s 12 Day of Christmas Campaign. If your participation does not require a drawing, then you will receive reward or product as stated in email. To be considered valid for joining Fotobit’s 12 Day of Christmas campaign, you must sign up for an account or login and make a purchase of any item on the site. Referrals to participant's personal friends is expected and their participation will increase the chances to win. However, referrals to other participants is not required to win. When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. This campaign is open to legal US residents only. You must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry. This giveaway does not apply to the states where giveaways and/or sweepstakes are prohibited. Entries from those states will be eliminated from winning any prizes.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Campaign entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Winners will be notified via e-mail within ten (10) days from the last day of campaign. Limit one (1) entry per eligible person per day during Fotobit’s 12 Days of Christmas campaign, regardless if entrant has more than one email address. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. Entries submitted may not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Fotobit Administrator.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Fotobit.
Winners will be required to claim their prize within 30 days following the date of issuance of notification. Non- compliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification. Unclaimed prizes will not be re-awarded. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Fotobit to use winner's name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Fotobit and its affiliates, directors, officers, prize suppliers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this campaign or acceptance or use of any prize/product won.
Fotobit reserve’s the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Rules and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By acceptance of the Terms and Conditions during the checkout process. You are automatically entered as a participants and bound to the official rules of all Fotobit.me, including but limited to the 12 Days of Christmas.
WINNERS:
Winners’ names will be posted within ten (10) business days of end of campaign date.
